Nano Second Computers

IT ALL BEGAN IN 1987

The Founder and now President came up with the name Nanosecond Computer Repair in 1987. He was the lab director at Sutton Middle School in Atlanta, GA. Frustrated and disappointed from the service or lack of urgency from the people servicing the equipment, he came up with the name, Nanosecond. Nanosecond means fast, it means a billionth of a second. Typically repairs would take anywhere from three weeks to months.

If parts had to be ordered

it would take even more time. He decided to take a novel approach. Stock parts, fix it now, fix it right, fix it fast and give a good price. Come prepared to handle the job quickly, efficiently and professionally. Our technicians come in and while not trying to be rude do not spend a lot of time with the small talk. We come to work, to troubleshoot the problem and solve the problem, we have an extensive database of solutions to common problems and about 75 combined years of experience in the field. Nanosecond got its start with Herzing Institute.

Then called Massey Business College on Ralph McGill Blvd.

Blvd. Massey had approximately 80 computers and assorted printers that we maintained for years. When they closed that location the contract ended but not Nanosecond. We got our foot in the door to Atlanta Public Schools in the supplies realm. Before the introduction of Office Depot and Staples, we provided paper ink etc to them. We had a plan. Eventually we took over the contract to support all of the computers for APS. That contract leaked over to the City of Atlanta and various other government entities. We service people and organizations all over the city!
